Have you ever had a day or week at work when everything went exactly as you thought it would? A week with no surprise telephone calls, no new tasks delegated down to you, no unexpected turn of events or no difficult conversations to handle. The reality is that many people find that they start their working week with a “to do” list of things they need to complete and that by the end of the week that list has normally doubled in size. It is however not the challenges that come our way that is usually the problem, more so it is how we choose to (or not choose to) handle these challenges that will make or break us.
