Being there for your team.

för ditt team

Being there for your team isn’t about being on site 24/7. It is about letting your team know that you genuinely care for their welfare, listening and acting upon their concerns, and letting them know that they can contact you if ever they need to. If you are in charge of a team, make it part of your routine that you regularly go around and ask everyone you are responsible for the following 3 questions.

1)  How are you today?

2) Are you coping with your work load at the moment? If not, is there anything I can do to make the situation easier?

3) If you need to talk with me then it’s just to come and find me or to give me a call. Do you have my number?

Let us know what you think about our 3 questions. Are you there for your team / is your boss there for you?
